As an Clench Fitness affiliate, you earn based on your referral sales during a revolving 30 Day Period. This does not include your own personal orders.
Referral Rate = 20% of Revenue (excludes shipping and taxes)
How It Works:
After you complete the online application on the registration page, we will provide review your application and reach out if we have any follow up questions. Once approved, you will access your account and begin selecting links you wish to display on your website or share with your audience.
Visitors access Clench Fitness products through links and banners that you share with your audience through your site, blog, or social media outlets. Customers are tagged with a cookie to signify referral from you. When orders are placed within 30 days of the referral, your account is credited for the commission that you qualify for.
Term & Conditions
As a participant in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms detailed in our Affiliate Agreement form.
The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent our products and prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with our products.
We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site, blog or social presence is unsuitable for our Affiliate Program, including if it: Promotes sexually explicit materials. Promotes violence. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Promotes illegal activities. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
Commissions
We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplication. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill.
The purchase must be made through your unique referral link in order for you to be credited. You will not earn your reward if the referred customer fails to do so, and we are under no obligation to pay you a reward in such case.
If two or more affiliates have shared their link to a single person, the last cookie used will prevail paid to that affiliate.
There will be no commission on purchases you make using your own affiliate link.
You acknowledge and agree that our determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any Affiliate Reward.

You refer a sale that is $117 total but taxes were $7 and shipping was $10.
You Earn:
20% on sales of $100 = $20
Payments of commissions are paid on the 1st of each Month for the previous month. If the 1st is a weekend or holiday day, payments will be issued on the first following business day.
Marketing Compliance
All affiliates must include an appropriate disclaimer whenever using your affiliate link.
It is entirely the affiliate's responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site.
Affiliates may not design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are employed at or are Clench Fitness.
Affiliates may not create any advertising campaigns that use our trademarks or advertise in direct or indirect competition with our company. This includes variations or misspellings thereof in our trademarks or domain names.
Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (i.e. CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. All affiliates must comply with all regulations in regards to claims about our products. No medical claims or what could be borderline claims will be tolerated.
Gaming the system will lead to exclusion from the program and any rewards earned will be revoked. This pertains to, but not exclusively, mass distribution of the referral link and/or code in any form as well as referring yourself. There will be no "black hat" practices (such as "cookie stuffing" or using a link that looks like it goes to your blog but then redirects to our store and contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program. )
We reserve the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our Affiliate Program at any time, without warning. Upon termination Affiliate agrees to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by our company or Refersion. Affiliates terminated will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to delay payment of any Affiliate while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If Clench Fitness, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive, affiliate agrees that Clench Fitness will not be obligated to pay any commissions for such registration.
Affiliate is not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Clench Fitness or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Clench Fitness.
Clench Fitness may discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.

BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.
